- Customers must submit a request 24/48 hours from date shown on the USPS website as the delivery date.
- All requests must be submitted via EMAIL ONLY.
- If it is determined that your product is damaged, we will offer an exchange for the same item. If the item is sold out with no chance of restock, we will issue a 30-day store credit to use in-store or online.
- Customers will receive a reply within 24/48 hours from the original date of submission.
